Returns and exchanges

You can return or exchange goods under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".

Returning goods of proper quality

• Within 14 days of receipt you can return goods of proper quality that have not been used and keep their appearance, properties, seals, labels and packaging, together with proof of purchase.
• We refund the money within 14 days of receiving the return, by the same method you paid with.
• Return shipping for goods of proper quality is paid by the buyer unless agreed otherwise with the seller.

What cannot be returned

Some goods of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged under the list approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (for example food, personal hygiene products, medicines and goods made to order).

Defective goods

If the goods are defective or damaged, write to us as soon as possible and attach photos. You may ask for a replacement, a price reduction, a free repair or a refund within the periods and in the manner set by law. Shipping of such goods is paid by the seller.
