Public offer (sales contract)

This document is a public offer (an offer to enter into a sales contract) under Articles 633, 641 and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce". By placing an order in the online store "bricksslab" (https://bricksslab.tobto.shop) the buyer accepts the terms of this contract in full and without reservation.

2. Subject

3. Placing an order

  • The contract is concluded when the buyer confirms the order on the website (acceptance of the offer).

The buyer may return or exchange goods under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" and the "Returns and exchanges" page, including withdrawing from a distance purchase of goods of proper quality within 14 days of receipt, except as provided by law.

7. Personal data

The seller processes the buyer's personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the Privacy policy published on the website.

8. Liability and disputes

The parties are liable for non-performance under Ukrainian law. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing agreement, as provided by Ukrainian law. Complaints are accepted by phone [not specified] or email [not specified].

9. Term

The offer is valid from its publication on the website until it is changed or withdrawn by the seller. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
